Rates and Accommodations at Double E Guest Ranch

Rates: Our all inclusive rates quoted below include three home-cooked meals daily, the use of saddle horses and tack for 5 days (except Saturday and Sunday), unlimited, exciting guided horseback riding, often including cattle work, riding instruction, private, comfortable cabin accommodations with bath/shower, varying in size from one to three bedrooms and all ranch activities and facilities, including the Cantina, complimentary laundry facilities, hiking, camp fire (when appropriate) and star gazing. Private riding lessons and mounted shooting instruction are an additional charge. Please remember: we are a 'working ranch'. Your active participation is appreciated although not required. Our atmosphere is "ranch" atmoshspere: includes dirt, dust, animal noise and smells, feed wagans, trucks, atv's. If renting a cabin ONLY for the week, contact the Office at 575-535-2048. Cooking and riding are not included in the nightly rate.

All Sunday - Saturday Stays (6 nights): $1500

Rates are all inclusive (tax, service charge) and include horseback riding, Team Penning, Nature Rides, Barrel Racing, instruction. Rates reflect a small guest capacity and highly personalized service. Rates do not include purchases from the Gift Store.

Deposit: $500 -- Balance is due on your arrival at the Ranch

	Hideout Cabins: Queen and Twin beds, modern bathroom, micro wave, coffee pot, refrigerator. Rocking chairs on deck.

	Rio Lobo House: 2 bedrooms, one bathroos, Living Room, Screened Porch. Full kitchen, micro wave, coffee pot, refrigerator.

	Longhorn: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Living Room, Full kitchen, Covered Deck with Rocking Chairs.

	Ranch House: Cozy, comfortable with a screened veranda overlooking the horse pasture. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.


	Cloud Splitter Adobe House: $1650. Very luxurious! 2.5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, Kitchen, Dining Area, washer/dryer. Spectacular Views of Gila National Forest. Elegant southwestern decor. Completely removed from ranch activities for those preferring privacy. Guests must arrive with their own vehicle. Magnificent view!

All guesthouse facilities are non-smoking facilities. Please smoke outside. Because of the constant dry weather, fire hazard is a serious concern. Cigarette butts should be thrown in a container. There is absolutely NO SMOKING on or around our horses. Please be advised that smokers abusing this request will be charged $50/day in addition to the regular rate for the additional cleaning charges. You agree in advance to authorize Double E Ranch to process your credit card with this additional charge.

Alcohol, Beer, Wine: You are welcome to purchase your own beverages to drink during your visit. We want you to have a darned good time! However, please remember: there is absolutely NO DRINKING while on or around our horses. The Management and Staff at Double E Ranch have the express right to enforce our "no drinking and riding" rule. This includes unruly or inappropriate behavior.

Silver City Airport: If you are flying into Silver City and require a pick up, you must notify the Ranch Office. The rate for this service is $100 per person, round trip.

A rental car with delivery to Silver City Airport is being offered to Double E Ranch Guests at a very reasonable rate. The folks at Taylor Car Rental, (575-388-4848) or Enterprise Car Rental (575-534-0000) are friendly, reliable and happy to deliver the vehicle to the airport so it's waiting for you on your arrival.

IMPORTANT: In order for us to provide you with an evening meal and get you checked into your cabin, you must arrive at the ranch by 6:00 p.m. - unless you have made prior arrangements with the Ranch Office.

Housekeeping/Cleaning: Your Cabin will be cleaned thoroughly before you check in. Unless there is a problem, we won't enter your cabin during your stay. Please let us know if you require additional clean towels or have want to have the trash removed.

Non-Rider Rate: Double E Ranch does offer a special "non rider" rate of $190/night, per person, for family members or friends who prefer not to horseback ride. Please contact the Office at Headquarters for more information.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: All of our Staff works diligently to ensure you have the ranch vacation experience of your dreams. We also understand that it's possible to have an unexpected scheduling conflict, family or personal emergency. We would like you to be aware of the following:

Deposit: For confirmation, $500 deposit is required at the time of reservation. We accept checks drawn in US dollars, MasterCard and Visa. There is a 3% transaction fee for American Express. Your credit card will be processed for the deposit amount only.

Cancellation Policy: 90 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less $175 handling fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit. A trip insurance policy with many Travelers Insurance Companies is available at a minimal rate and recommended.
