Cancellation and Refund Policy: 

All of our Staff works diligently to ensure you have the ranch vacation experience of your dreams. We also understand that  it's possible to have an unexpected scheduling conflict, family or personal emergency.  We would like you to be aware of the following:

Deposit: For confirmation, $500 deposit is required at the time of reservation. We accept checks drawn in US dollars, MasterCard and Visa. There is a 3% transaction fee for American Express. Your credit card will be processed for the deposit amount only.

Cancellation Policy: 90 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less $175 handling fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit. A trip insurance policy with many Travelers Insurance Companies is available at a minimal rate and recommended.

PAYMENT POLICY — At the time of booking, a deposit of $500 is required to confirm your reservation.  Final payment is due the day you arrive at the Ranch.  Bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival date must be accompanied by full payment. We are pleased to accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover and personal check. 

All rates are subject to change without notice. 

LIABILITY POLICY - Double E Ranch, LLC works diligently to ensure your safety and well-being during your visit.  We cannot assume any responsibility for accidents whether caused by you, the horse, equipment, weather, guide or other persons while at the Double E Ranch. You ride and travel at your own risk. We expect Guests to provide their own medical insurance in case of injury.  Equine activities involve inherent risks.

You will be asked to sign a waiver of liability form upon your arrival. Please read it carefully!  We encourage protective head gear which is provided by the ranch for your use.  Some Ranch activities are not suitable for every rider.  Please use common sense and LISTEN to instructions. You are agreeing in advance that Double E Ranch, LLC or any of its agents, guides or other guests shall not and will not be held liable or responsible for death, personal injury, loss or damage of any nature to you or minors in your care, including personal property. New Mexico state law provides that no person, corporation or partnership is liable for personal injuries to or for the death of a rider (or other participant) that may occur as a result of the behavior of equine animals while engaged in any equine activity and that the rider (or other participant) agrees to engage in the equine activity at his/her own risk. Double E Ranch, LLC insists that you carry your own health, accident or liability insurance and you agree in writing to assume responsibility for any injuries you may incur while participating in any ranch or riding activity.
